Sony Channel Editor. Lost this after the latest update. Any ideas how to re-enable it?

Following the latest system update to my 43 XE 3896 Android TV, I have lost the menu option / function in settings, that enable you to export or import channels after editing the ordering of channels. Anyone else had this experience and how did you manage to reinstate the missing menu options in "Technical setup"?

Try to unplug the TV from the power with anything connected to it then plug it back after two minutes. Then, if you're getting the channels via a digital cable press the Home button -Settings - Watching TV - Channels - Channel setup - Digital setup - Digital tuning - and select Programme list edit.
