Does anyone know why or what App or process could possibly be calling out to 82.145.215.42? I have factory reset the TV twice and still see it calling out twice every few minutes. Thoughts??

Actually that IP address is correctly registered to www.opera.com and may be the inbuilt browser on Sony TV, looking for apps to download at your discretion to TV.
Not sure why your log is flagging as Trojan... Opera is a valid corporate entity www.opera.com
You should be able to stop the lookup/check by s/w somewhere I would guess in Android settings...not sure where though.
