I am trying to register 2 new products - a TV - KD49XE8396 and sound bar - HT-MT300.
The product registration page does not recognise these two product numbers and will not allow me to proceed with registration, even though I am absolutely certain that they are correct.
However, the product support pages recognise both the numbers as correct, and delivers all support links.
How ridiculous is this ! Help, please.
