Have a rokker lens with an adapter fitted and connected to my Sony A550. How do I guarantee exposure, except using my old Weston V light meter, please!! Any help appreciated.B

The quickest and simplest way is going to be using your own eye, set your aperture and shutter speed for the situation and snap away in manual mode.

If you plan to edit on your PC, just ensure you shoot raw and have a calibrated monitor. Best to use a calibration tool. Spyder and Panatone make some of the best colour/light calibration systems for your computer.
