I cannot find a direct link for such a product initially, however I do see a few people mentioning that an adapter has been manufactured in the past by Bower in the USA. Looking at their website .......

.... they don't currently list one for sale but it may be worth getting in touch with them to see if it is something that is still available. Another user may also be aware of this adapter being available so it will be interesting to see if anyone else has any ideas.
