I can not download Microsoft Silverlight. I use Norton 360. The computer uses Windows 8. Any hints ?

Which vaio model do you have?

If you bought the Vaio with Windows 8 pre-installed, try running the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool (MCPR) as this was probably preinstalled and, unless totally removed, conflicts with Norton to block some downloads.
