Hi what can I say, my VGN-FZ21S has had to be sent to be repaired twice for the same issue. Mainly that after a few months of use it will switch of and the unit will just die. No amount of waiting for it to cool down and trying new mains will get it back on again. First time was told that the motherboard had gone and that it will was replaced. No two days ago same problem so sent it to be fixed and just got of the phone with one person implying that the are waiting for a new motherboard to replace the replaced motherboard. Ok correct me if I am wrong but for a motherboard to go twice does it not a serious thing.
What is the advice anyone on here will give.
Sorry but to me it say that the is something else wrong with the unit which is causing the motherboards to develop faults. It then also says to me that the first time someone fixed it they did not do enough test to find out if anything else would go wrong with it again. (I get it that not all test are exhaustive but alarm bells in my head.)
Any one care to advice action to be taken.
