19bx200: clarity problem while using as a monitor

i have recently purchased a 19bx200 and i am-was planning to use it as a monitor for my laptop.

there is a clarity issue about it however i've tried to run the setup in nearly every resolution.

it's not really fuzzy but not clear at all...
