Unresponsive and silent Sony Bravia KDL-22EX320

Hi.

We recently got this TV and someone leant on the remote which turned on the TV. However, it is stuck on one channel now with no sound. And no buttons on either the remote or the tv itself do anything except the on/off button.

Can anyone help? Is there a way to force a factory reset?

Hi,

have you tried the old trick of un plugging the tv and removing the batteries of the remote, then plugging back in and re inserting the batteries

I have, thanks! I just unplugged the tv and left it for a few minutes and when it came back on it ran an update. All well now.
