Sudden problem with xperia Z

Just got my sony xperia Z last week. Hardly used it that much. Now out of nowhere it just wont turn on anymore. The Red LED light is flashing whenever I plugged into the charger, but the battery was 50% before breaking down. Any ideas what what the problem is or solution i can take.

Also tried resetting it by presseing both the power button and the volume increase button at the same time. it response with a vibration but still the same.

connect your phone to the wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 8 seconds > let it charge for 1hr > try again.

also it will be wise to repair your phone with SUS or PCC
