You need to install an app that makes use of the front and/or back cams to use it.

For example Camera App (pre installed)

For example Skype App (market, Google Play)

and there are more

Some of them make your tablet function as a webcam.

Je moet een App downloaden en installeren om van de camera's aan voor en achterkant gebruik te kunnen maken,

Bijvoorbeeld de Camera App (voorgeinstalleerd)

Bijvoorbeeld Skype (Market, Google Play)

en er zijn er nog veel meer.

Er zijn er ook die je Tablet als webcam kunnen laten functioneren.
