Update to Android 4 problem

Hello for Sony tablet S I didnt receive yet update to Android 4. Steel I have Android 3. Is some prolem that I am from Czech? But same translate is not Czech then English version.

there is no problem sony just havent rolled out the update in our countrys yet it is still making its way accross the Atlantic to europe.
