Can somebody help me .

I got my sony tv KD-49XE7073 one month ago everything was working perfect. Now am not able to connet to the internet it says cable connection OK , local access  Failed, internet connection Failed. And i tried everything.  Restart factory settings.  Router restart . And nothing...
