Warranty booking page does not work

Does anybody know how to book a warranty repair?

My right WF-C700N earphone no longer works, so I would like a warranty repair.

However the page at Sony Book Repair does not work. I enter my details and it pops up a window that just says "Find your dealer". These headphones were bought from Amazon eleven months ago so they will not accept them as a return.

There does not seem to be any way to contact Sony directly about this.

Any ideas what I can do do get these headphones fixed?

@IcyBee this headset cannot be repaired cause it's expensive to repair it instead of receiving an exchange for it, contact amazon customer service if you're still in the first year with your invoice.

Amazon state that the return window closed in January (the headphones were bought at the beginning of December).

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not the retailer.

If the product cannot be repaired, then the form should offer a replacement.

Does anybody know how I can contact Sony for a replacement of my defective product?

The website is totally useless in this regard.

How does this warranty thing actually work?

@IcyBee go to their website to contact them: https://services.sony.co.uk/supportmvc/en/contact/

This is an AI chatbot which doesn't work in Firefox.

In Edge it does work. And all it does is redirect me to the warranty booking page that does nothing but say "Find your dealer - Go to dealer where product was bought".

Amazon will not accept this as a return because it is over two months since the purchase ("Return window closed on 4 January 2024"). It redirects me to the Sony support website and the circle goes round again.

This is not a warranty. It is a lie and a con.
