Hi there again, second question, I have just loaded up my new Walkman unit with a selection of mp3 music, jpeg picture and mp4 video files. Music and pictures work great but video files won’t open, error message says “cannot play”, file format is not supported” ??
These were original MOV files taken with my camera, which I reformatted to standard mp4 files. File size is approximately 1 Mb. I transferred them to walkman by drag and drop off windows explorer as I don’t care for WMP. Any ideas?
