WMEDIA PLAYER 11 DOESN'T PLAY MPEG, AVI FILES CAPTURED AR31M VISTA

Hi, all!!!

I need help to play mpeg, avi, etc files in WMP 11.

I captured videos from DVgate and Windows Media Maker in AVI mode and than I rendered them to mpeg (DVD compatible).

When I tried to play them with WMP 11 (Vaio Vista AR31M) it's not work. I had an error of media unknow or something like that.

Please, can and may anyone help-me?

Once you have the video from DVGate, don't convert it to AVI then to MPEG, you're loosing quality doing that. You should convert your DV stuff using something like TMEGEnc.
