Window contents while dragging

I have enabled 'Display Window Contents while dragging' but when I restart my PC it reverts back to just showing the outline when I drag.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any other System Utilite Tools installed which you have changed System Settings with as these will override Windows defaults.

Right Click on your Desktop > Properties > Appearance > Effects

If the box "Show windows contents while dragging" has rather a TICK or a colored box in it make sure it is a tick to enable.

Then OK > Apply on appearance > Then OK to exit

Hopefully this should work.

When you start your Vaio, Go to start > Run, type regedit and click OK

Navigate to the following..

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop]

Can you check that key below matches your registry entry please..

"DragFullWindows"="1"
