Hai am using sony VPCEB4L1E series laptop. I have formated my laptop. From then my assist and web buttons are not working. can you please tell me the reason?

Hi chaitu1272 and welcome.

The reason is that these, and many other things, are software driven and you need to reinstall all the Preinstalled Drivers and Utilities for everything to work. However, some programs cannot be downloaded and you will have lost these.

If you have reinstalled Windows 7, you can download them from the Support area for your model here: -

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCEB4L1E_BQ/updates

If you have installed Windows 8, there are no drivers and utilities available yet.
