Vista Upgrade TX3 / Problems with SpeedStep/EIST

Hello Folks!!

Ive upgraded my tx3 to vista, everthing works with one exeption:

Vista doesnt make any SpeedStep/EIST changes.
The Core Solo always runs with 100 % Frequency.

does anyone have the same behavior or solved this problem?
