Vista and MS Office 2007 - Blurred Text!!

Hi all

Just got a copy of Office 2007 as a free upgrade (Due to recent laptop purchase, AR21M) and Vista is on the way, however, they will have to be sold due to Microsoft taking the decision to make 'Clear view' mandatory.

Even if you turn it off on Office 2007, everything is still that horrible blurred effect text, whoever decided to make this mandatory wants shooting, I just cant live with it, keep thinking I need glasses!!!!

Is there anything that can be done to make text as sharp as XP/Office 2003 etc??

Anyone else like the new style font?? ( The blurred effect)

Try to deactivate the ClearType Fonts feature...

What graphics setting is your graphics card set at. Make sure its on 32bit.

That's probably because of NVIDIA drivers. That should be fixed with new releases.

cheers for the replies guys, however, sold office 07 now, but Vista is on its way, hope that is not the same, otherwise that will be sold too, I'll put it on, if it is the same i'll just restore back to the original OS with Acronis (Top programme!)
