Hi
I hope someone can help. I have a new Vaio VGN-NW20EF laptop. It never came installed with Windvd, though I was assured it was part of the package.
Sony helpline told me to reinsatll everything, the programme is still not there.
I have searched for Win, DVD, intervideo, etc. They are at a loss where it is.
Has anyone had the same issue?
I like Windvd software and wonder if they would send me a disc etc as it should have been preinstalled but is missing. I am now going round in circles with Sony.
Any advice appreciaited
many thanks
Fiyero
Hi Fiyero,
on the Vaio NW20EF product site there is not mention of Win DVD..
However I have asked Vaio-Support to contact you again to try and resolve this for you..
I believe WinDVD is only installed on Vaio models with a Blu-Ray Drive fitted
This thread is over twelve months old...:smileyconfused:
I did wonder when he said he had just bought a new NW20.
What is it doing here? Unless the other poster (FredrikSandgren)
with WinDVD and Roxio missing posted a question but then decided to delete it??????????????????
