Hi
Have new VGN-AR51M (9 days old) and am starting to experience problems when starting up.
When i power up the 'SD' illuminates (no memory card installed), the screen is blank and cannot turn off using the power button, have to remove battery. Once the battery is replaced it then starts ok without the 'SD' lighting up. This problem only happens when the laptop has been off for a while, don't have any problems when I perform a restart.
Any ideas why the 'SD' lights up on start up?
