I STRONGLY recommend buying a dell laptop. at least they have customer support of some kind.

Yes I share your worries Tyger, the same thing happening on 2 S series notebooks in less than a week does worry me.

I wouldn't buy one, but thats because I want an RA desktop LOL

OK I'll stop plugging that baby - because people are going to get seriously annoyed with me.

I've just noticed that the guy with the smudged screens was cliffski in his pre-stress days lol. I really can't believe how many posts there are about problems with customer service lately.
