VAIO XL100 et Windows Update (English Translation Included)

Bonjour,

Je suis un nouveau membre du club Vaio, et un nouveau utilisateur d'un ordinateur Sony Vaio.
Je me suis offert un Vaio XL100 en janvier en profitant de l'offre d'upgrade vers vista Home Premium mais en attendant Vista, je découvre les joies de ce Media Center.

Tout fonctionne parfaitement sauf Windows Update ! Des que je mets à jour un élément de windows, la machine devient instable et media center ne fonctionne plus.
Impossible d'installer IE7, ou même media Player 11.
J'ai fait plusieurs restaurations du système en configuration sorti usine mais je retrouve toujours le même problème.
Avez vous une solution à ce problème ou suis je le seul dans ce cas ?

Hi I am a new member to Club VAIO, and new to the Sony VAIO.

I got a XL100 in Januaryand took the offer of getting Windows Vista Home Premium upgrade, but as I await Vista, I have the joys of Windows Media Centre.

Everything is working perfectly, except Windows Update! The moment I put an update on the machine becomes unstable.

I can't install IE7 nor Windows Media Player 11.

I have done many system restores to factory settings but I always find the same problem.

Do you have a solution, or am I the only one with this problem?
