have a win7 home prem 64bit - all preinstalled
2 probs
1. bluetooth - never works, stack error. I have reset it to factory but it stops working.
Now i deleted the drivers, thinking to reinstall but it still does nothing
2. if looking at diagnostics i thought of vaio care and self heal, well it doesnt work either it says initialising and no patches available
any ideas ??
