Vaio Update

Hi,

Just a query about the vaio update program. I registered my laptop last Thursday and every time I try and open the vaio update program I get an error message,

"Your model information could not be found on the server. Please try again later. (MessageID=0008)"

Anyone have any idea on how long it takes for the machine to register on their system before the update will work?
