upgrade VGN-FE31M Memory

Hi there.....i would like to upgrade my notebook´s memory. Model VGN-FE31M and
want some advice if I can change.....
Actual configuration:
Memory Speed 533 MHz
Type DDR2 SDRAM
2 x 512 Mb

To:
Memory Speed 667 MHz
Type DDR2 SDRAM
2 x 1 Gb

I will have any problem changing from 533 MHz to 667 MHz? Is the motherboard will support
that kind of memory speed?
