Hey everyone! I'm very happy with my new Sony Viao Notebook! But I have a question: how to watch tv on it? Do I have to buy a docking station? Please help...

I's sorry but I think you got it a bit wrong there... You DO NOT need a docking station. Actually the VGP-PRA1 is an "extension" that will give you some extra connectivity for your Vaio. It DOES NOT have a TV Tuner on it that will enable you to watch TV on your laptop. That is the VGP-PRAV1 docking station that unfortunately is NOT available for sale (and I don't think it will ever be). Yes, that is the one that comes bundled with the Axxxs laptops, which includes 2 speakers and 1 remote control.

if the laptop doesn't have a TV tuner built in, your easiest bet if you want to watch TV on the laptop itself would be to buy a USB TV tuner card (hauppage did one called WinTV, which is about £30-50 in the UK and works OK, with software that's functional albeit not elegant). Used one myself to watch TV when I had a very small room with no space for another screen.

If you want more features, I think you can get cards that work as a PVR as well...
