TV channels - VGN-A417s

can anyone help me get my channels back. I've recently tried to fine tune in the channels and stupidly installed TVTV thinking it would help but it's not. I now have no channels and when i try to add channels in Vaio Zone the settings are all disabled.

Any ideas??
