SZ4 & vista not waking up from sleep properly

My brand new FZ4 won't wake up from sleep (from either shutting the lid or if just not used for a while).

When I make it go to sleep from the start menu attempting to resume left me with a blank screen and I had to hold the power button down until it switched off and then restart.

When I shut the lid or it goes to sleep on its own the screen comes up in the wrong resolution.

Any suggestions? Help please

Sounds like a graphic card driver problem -Check here for any updates for your model

The only other thing is that it is a BIOS issue and if there is an update for that you will find it in the same location
