I've got a SZ4MN, and the touchpad has just started moving in reverse, so instead of going down it goes up and instead of left it goes right. I have done all the obvious things, uninstalled the drivers and re-installed the drivers, reset the bios and phoned the help desk.
When the touchpad driver has been uninstalled and the computer is reset, the touchpad works correctly until the pc is then reset again after it has automatically downloaded the correct driver.
The Help desk hasn't come up with anything and they would like to reformat the whole PC, which would be a huge job for me because I have a lot of work on it.
Having checked other online forums this is not a new problem with the Vaio, but I am unable to find a solution for it here.
