Stop "My club vaio" from starting each time computer is turned on

My first go at this - I have tried every way I can think of to STOP "My club Vaio" booting up each and every time I turn my new Vaio on. It is getting past frustrating. Can anyone offer advice on resolving this? With thanks

There is an update available from SONY that should fix this. On the other hand there have been several threads in this forum with this topic and how to fix it.

A good solution is not to install the bloated mess that is the Sony suite of applications.

I am being serious here too; they offer nothing and bring so much baggage they are not worth using.
