Hi Guys, hoping you can help me with this one too.

Running AR11M. All of a sudden unable to get Windows Movie Maker to make a video using the built-in webcam. I get up an 'unknown error' message. WMM finds the camera but then I get the error.

Any help appreciated.

Have you tried re-installing the software again. I was facing the same issue and re-installing the software resolved it.

Can't find the software as I understand it comes with SP2 and it is not listed separately in the recovery prog. Also looked on the web/Microsft but can't find software to download.
