sony vaio pcg-941c help plz

hey all not been on for a while but hope someone can help

problem is there is no way to get the @ key to work i have changed settings in control panel for the language etc to be changed to english but still no diffrence

model is pcg-941c

scratch that it is just the @ key its all of them that use the shift lol

it is running windows xp if this helps it was on millennium adition
still canot get the keyboard to work properly
