Hi

I need to replace a damaged screen on my laptop. Is there a direct UK telephone number to a service centre that I can use?

I tried the 0905-310006 preminium number listed on the website (35p a min) and waited for 10 mins - was placed on hold, then cut off. Really not impressed!!
