This afternoon, instead of shutting down I put my new Duo 11 into sleep mode. Instead of coming to life, when I pressed the Enter key or power key, all I get is a black screen. The power light is green and wireless light on. After a few seconds, the fan comes on at high speed and the machine does nothing. The assist button does nothing.
Not what I was hoping for after 3 weeks following a significant investment.
Can anyone help me boot the machine?
