Should my Vaio come with any CD's? etc...

Hi, I purchased a Sony Vaio FE31H about a month ago, from a Sony Style Store. I'm curious whether the laptop should have came with any CD's incase i need to reinstall Applications etc that is default with the laptop?

Some people have mentioned that in most cases companies such as Sony should offer this...

What happens if i need to reinstall parts of or all of XP or any of the default applications on my Vaio?

Your comments would be appreciated....maybe your laptop inc. CD's for safe keeping?

Hi Cole,

No Sony unfortunately do not include any recover discs with there Vaio's any more, instead they have a hidden recovery partition on your hard drive.

You can create a set of recovery disc's for your vaio by following this procedure..
