RX-1 seizes up

Hi All

My RX-1 seems to freeze within a few minutes of starting up. I can get into XP and start to work, then the monitor will freeze, possible switch off and on again by itself or just turn off and display 'No input signal'. I guess that it could be the graphics card, monitor or the computer, but I am no good at these things!! Anyone out there have any ideas??

Is it under warranty?
Because it might well need repair.

No, both the RX-1 and the monitor (Sony 16" LCD) are a couple of years old now.

One thing I would suggest is to borrow someone else's monitor to see if it's yours at fault.
