Restore the MBR on my FE41Z

Hi all,

I would like to install Ubuntu on my Vaio FE41Z, but considering that i want to Uninstall it after tested Linux.
I saw a lot of people on Forum who have many problems by removing their Linux partition, GRUB show some errors and doesn't want to boot Vista.

So here my question: How can I fix the MBR to boot normally onto my Vista partition.
Can i do it with my Recovery Partition ? (I don't to keep safe my Vista partition, so don't don't want to reinstall it !)

In Windows, open a command box (run > CMD) and type in

fdisk /mbr
