Hi all,
One of my dogs got panicked and managed to pull my computer off the table a while ago. It still works but the screen is damaged and all I can see is the top couple of inches of what's on the screen. The rest of the screen is just lines. I finally managed to get hold of a second hand screen but can't see how to remove the frame around the edge of the screen to fit it.
I've had communication with Sony but they won't answer the question and just tell me to take it to a Sony repair centre. I really don't want to take it anywhere if it's something I can easily do myself so wonder if anyone here can give me some guidance please.
