Recovery Disc Crash Problem

Hello I have a SLVE1711CSE laptop and my problem is the recovery process keeping faulting and not

completing correctly. I am using good quality media but when the recovery process gets to 60 per cent it

saus application error has occured and I need to reboot the pc and start the recovery process again ???

I have kaspersky internet 2012 installed but disabled but it still keeps coming up with this problem

Has anybody had this problem and know of a solution ????

Hi rover400 and welcome.

I think I would contact Vaio Support to see if there is a known problem that they know a fix for.

As a last resort, they may send you a set of Recovery Discs.
