recording directly from tv or sky with vaio fj1s/w

i have got this laptop and wondering if it's possible to connect it to my lcd or sky and record direcetly onto it.if this is possible how can i do it?

thanks but i don't think i will be able to get the audio with svideo.have you got an idea what i should be looking for ie if there is a link so i can see what it looks like.

All you need to do is convert the SCART from SVIDEO and two auxilaries. then you can connect it directly to that box.
