After I log in on my VPCCW1S1E laptop, the windows 7 welcome screen appears, but then the screen goes black (except for the mouse cursor) for about two or three minutes before my desktop appears. I have tried registry cleaning, turning off as many start up items as possible, and numerous scans for viruses etc, but still it takes ages to boot up. Can anyone help please.
