Problems with SonicStage

Each time i try to insert an audio Cd to my laptop Vaio VGN-A397XP with SonicStage, i get the message that i have to make a registration to Gracenote. I click OK, but nothing happens. I looked to Gracenote webpage for information, but i did not find anything usefull. Does anybody can help how can i take information for my audio Cds.

I have the same problem. It happened on the first time I tried to copy a CD after I did the recent Viao Sonicstage update. If anyone knows how to solve this, I would be grateful. Overall, I think that Sonicstage is a pretty poor product.
