Problems with hibernation

Hi I'm new on here and don't want to sound stupid but Ihave been having probelms with the hibernation mode on my SZ3, so much so that I have had to disable it.

When the battery runs low for example and places the computer in hernation, it says that there is not enough system resources to perform the task -- then the computer stays on and runs the battery flat.

Any help is gratefuly accepted

I’m not familiar with your model but I think it has Motion Eye?

I seem to remember a number of posts on the forum concerning motion eye and hibernation problems but, as the search facility is down at present, I am unable to link you to any of them.

Try disabling Motion Eye in Device Manager and see whether hibernation then works.

I had a similar problem when I upgraded my RAM, in that case it turned out to be a glitch with windows, there was a fix for it over at microsoft but I can't remember the link
