Problems with Geforce 6400 GO! in VISTA

I had installed Vista on my VGN-FS415S, which had a Geforce 6400 Go, but i'm having problems.

1. When i start my pc, the resolution turns on minimal (640x...)

2. The videos see lagging... audio differed...

How can i resolve it?

Vista has very specific requirements for video cards.
