i have the VGN-FE41Z

problem 1)
Bluetooth is not on the wireless device switch.

when i updated laptop with vaio update it delete my bluetooth driver??????

now i have a *now hardware problem
it says i need to install drivers for *youe UGX* i dont have a clue what it is, came after vaio update HELP PLEASE!!!

Hi dazwan,

From memory the Bluetooth update was a manual install that needs to be run twice – first will uninstall the existing drivers and second time will install updated drivers.

You should find the update installer in C:\Update - TOABLT-01360508-UN or similar.

Btw the UGX problem is also related to the above.
