I am facing a problem to download my pictures and video files from my JVC Hard Drive cam on my Vaio FE41s. My vaio operating system is Windows Vista Home premium. Every time I connect the Cam, a window box appears asking for the USB drive software, although I used it before my last system re-instalation without any problems. I serached on the JVC website and I cannot find any USB drive software for the Cam, so I thought the problem is with the computer or the operating sytem. Any ideas will be highly appreciated.
