Nvidia go 7400 Official Drivers?!

I got a Vaio C1Z/B and i dont know where to get OFFICIAL drivers for my GO 7400 graphic board

You can find the official Sony Nvidia drivers in the pre-installed drivers file, which you can download from here ..

Yes i know, but inside the pre-installed drivers file are two directories, video 1 e video 2! when i try to make the actualization of the display driver i choose one of that directories as location of the driver, and the windows says that is impossible to install!!
