hy, i have a problem with the dvd writer on my vaio. it's the original one and the sony team cannot help me. the writer doesn't want to recognize cd or dvd. Did someone had the same problem?
Does the drive not recognise anything? If it still tries to read the disk when you insert one but doesn't find it, you might first want to try cleaning the lens.
